The first track. Five certificates that make you the officer every site wants: doors, cameras, first aid, behaviour, and the mental health moment. Most Door Supervisors start three steps in, because first aid is already inside their licence training and the Behavioural Detection course is free with any booking.

Automatic. Courses tick off against your record the day you pass. Courses you did before the track existed still count.
Free. The title costs nothing. You pay only for courses you choose to take.
