About this course

Frontline work runs on people, and people carry things you cannot see. Mental Health First Aid teaches you to notice when a colleague or a customer is struggling, open the first conversation, listen well, and signpost to real help while holding your own boundaries. For security staff it is the fifth and final step of the Frontline Security Specialist track; for care teams and managers it is simply part of doing the job well.
